Sets the collapse state of a hierarchical row in TreeGrid.

Parameters:

rowKey - the row's key

rowIndex - index where the row is in grid (all rows)

collapse - true to collapse, false to expand

userOriginated - true if this RPC was triggered by a user interaction, false otherwise
