Server-side API for opening content in a new browser tab from buttons and
other clickable components.
Use
OpenInNewTab.onClick(component, handler) to make a click show the content of
a DownloadHandler or a
URL in a new tab.
New tabs are opened through onClick rather than an ordinary
server-side click listener so that the tab opens in the browser's own click
handler, inside the user gesture and without waiting for a server round trip.
