Busy guard: claimed by doPrompt's CAS, and every downstream path must release it exactly once — the doPrompt catch (sync failures), the verdict-drop paths, the stream's doFinally, the postponement abort/resume/detach handlers (including their release-then-rethrow catches), and Reconnector#apply() after deserialization. When adding a new path out of a prompt, decide which of these owns the release; a missed release blocks all later prompts.
