property - the property as the source spells it — dash-separated for a set("align-items", …) call, camelCase for a setAlignItems(…) one
value - the CSS value, or null where the source states none
isDashSeparatedProperty - true when property is already dash-separated, which is what tells the two spellings apart without having to guess from the text
